Sydney-based interiors, with art made in house.
Origin Art is a Sydney-based spatial and interior design studio specialising in luxury FF&E, art curation, and interiors for property and commercial projects.
We are the Australian studio of Yuanhe Daqian Art & Design, a 200-person practice working across China since 2000. That connection gives our clients direct access to in-house art ateliers, an established FF&E supply network, and a level of production capability uncommon in this market.
Our first Australian project, a farm stay in Arcadia on Sydney's rural north-western fringe, is complete. Our own Sydney residence is currently in design and will open to clients as a working showcase of our FF&E and art capability.
We work end to end: concept and schematic design, art development, FF&E procurement and custom production, then delivery, installation and final styling on site.
What We Do
FF&E Curation & Procurement Furniture, lighting, decorative objects and materials, specified, sourced or made to order through our own supply network.
Art Curation & Spatial Installations Artwork, sculpture and custom installations selected and placed to suit the space, the client, and the market it sells into.
In-House Art Development Original artwork and sculpture developed and produced in our own ateliers, from commission through to fabrication and installation.
Turnkey Delivery One team from concept to handover, covering procurement, logistics, project management, installation and styling.

Why Origin Art
Art made, not just sourced If space is art, someone has to make the art. Most studios specify it. We develop and produce it in our own ateliers, which means originality, control over cost, and no lead-time surprises.
Practising since 2000 Yuanhe Daqian has designed continuously for over 25 years, with a 200-person multidisciplinary team across design, procurement and production.
One point of accountability The same team carries a project from concept to installation, with no handover gaps between designer, supplier and installer.
